TH Plastics is delighted to announce that we have been awarded Supplier Partnership – Auxiliary at the PIA 2025 ceremony, recognising our outstanding collaboration and project delivery in partnership with Counterplas.
The annual event, held this year at the Intercontinental Hotel at Park Lane, London on Friday evening, brought together leading professionals from across the plastics industry. Since its inception in 2001, the PIA ceremony has served as a benchmark for excellence, celebrating innovation, quality and exceptional contributions across a highly competitive sector.

In 2024, Counterplas engaged TH Plastics to support their continued expansion and operational improvements by designing and delivering a bespoke material handling solution. The project centred on enhancing efficiency, reliability and production flexibility across their facility, integrating both existing and new equipment into a streamlined, fully optimised system.
TH Plastics worked closely with Counterplas throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination, proactive communication and early delivery ahead of schedule. Judges praised the high standards demonstrated across the project, highlighting the effectiveness of the solution, the strength of the collaboration and the measurable benefits achieved for the customer.
During the ceremony, attended by a full audience of industry professionals, the award was presented by comedian Ellie Taylor, known for her appearances on Mock the Week, Ted Lasso, Live at the Apollo and as a co-host on The Great Pottery Throw Down. Her presence brought humour, energy and unforgettable entertainment to the evening.
Representatives from TH Plastics proudly accepted the award on behalf of the company.
Speaking about the award, Jimmy Goddard from TH Plastics expressed how meaningful the recognition is for the team:
“Winning this award means a great deal to us. It reflects the effort, collaboration and problem-solving that went into the project, both from our team and from Counterplas. We’re incredibly proud of what we achieved together.”
Lee Thomas echoed this sentiment, highlighting the dedication behind the success:
“To win at PIA 2025 is something really special. Our team has worked tirelessly to deliver outstanding results and this award makes all that effort worthwhile. I’m proud, delighted and already looking forward to what we can achieve next.”
