Ash Seddon (UK Sales Manager)

Day out in Venice

Ash head’s up our sales division and has been with the business since 2017. With a vast experience of dealing with commercial strategy, new business development, and key account management, he is built a strong customer base for the business. With the backing of the Managing Director, Lee Thomas, and the rest of the TH team he aims to take TH Plastics to the number 1 in the UK.

His philosophy is very simple, partnerships are what build a strong business. TH Plastics want customers to remain for as long as they are trading. The only way to achieve this is by creating complete trust with the customer, they must know that we can deliver on what we guarantee.

We asked Ash what his thoughts on how things are going at TH Plastics….

Things are going well; we have had some structural changes in recent times that have forced us to adapt. But in saying this I feel that we have excelled because of it, we have clear direction of where we want to go, and everyone is fully committed to the strategy mapped out to achieve this. Some recent additions to the TH team have added some fresh energy and things are looking very promising for the future. We have big aspirations for the next few years, and we feel that with the backing of our partners we have the right foundation to make these aspirations a reality.

I am also very pleased with the output and success that our sales team is having now, and we will be looking to add this in the not so distant future. I think that we have created a family like culture internally and I feel that this is a priceless asset to the way we work as a company”.

What’s Ash like outside of work?

“Away from work I am a family man first and foremost, I have a very young baby girl and she takes up 99% of my spare time. For those that know me on a personal level it will be no surprise to hear I am partial to a pint, or 2…. I think if good conversation Is flowing, then why can’t the beer?

I like to keep myself a fit as I can within the very small amount of ‘Ash’ time that I get, that usually consists of a bit of gym time or a nice spin on the road bike.
