2014 “Quite a year” for TH Plastics

At TH Plastics, we’re undertaking a recruitment drive, as we expand our team in order to accommodate growing demand from across the industry.

Michael Mills has been appointed as the firm’s northern sales engineer, joining the company from plastic purging firm, Aqua Purge, where he was area technical sales manager for nine years, having previously worked for plastic moulder Patterson and Rothwell and also Service Mouldings.

He is soon to be joined at TH Plastics by a further sales engineer who will take responsibility for the southern region, and also by two new engineers.  Once appointed, the three new staff will bring TH Plastics’ team to 17.

TH Plastics continues to build a name for itself within the plastics sector and has recently been shortlisted for a Plastics Industry Award for the in-house recycling solution it created for construction firm Naylor Drainage.

Lee Thomas, managing director at TH Plastics comments:  “2014 is shaping up to be quite a year, with a number of significant contracts underway and more due in the second half of the year.  The team is eager to maintain this momentum and our reputation for unsurpassed quality, and to this end, we are expanding both our sales and engineering divisions.

“I am delighted to welcome Michael to the team.  I worked with him previously and know him to be a hard-working sales engineer who puts his customers first and foremost in every respect.”

TH Plastics works in partnership with customers to develop ancillary solutions designed to ensure optimum production efficiency, minimising costs, energy consumption and waste and enhancing product quality.  All systems are developed to integrate seamlessly into existing customer systems.
